General conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These conditions apply to sales of SPICA SARL (RCCM CI-ABJ-2020-B-10922 ): printing work, equipment, consumables, maintenance and digital products.

2. Quote and order

All orders are subject to a quote. The quote specifies prices, quantities and deadlines; it becomes firm after written acceptance from the customer (e-mail, WhatsApp or signature). Prices are in FCFA.

3. Payment

Payment by mobile money or bank transfer, according to the terms indicated on the quote or invoice. A deposit may be requested before work begins.

4. Files and printing

The client guarantees that it holds the rights to the transmitted files and verifies their content. SPICA is not responsible for any errors present in the files provided.

5. Delivery and collection

Orders are collected from the Riviera Faya agency or delivered according to the conditions provided for in the quote. The customer checks the order upon receipt and reports any anomaly without delay.

6. Warranty

The equipment benefits from the manufacturer's warranty indicated in its data sheet or on the invoice. The warranty does not cover misuse or the use of unsuitable consumables.

7. Digital Products

Deviya licenses and e-books are delivered electronically. Once the license has been activated or the e-book downloaded, no refund is possible, except for technical defects not resolved by our support.

8. Disputes

These conditions are subject to Ivorian law. In the event of disagreement, an amicable solution is sought as a priority; failing this, the courts of Abidjan have jurisdiction.
